The guest's journey
Every stage of a guest's stay, from the first enquiry to the review after checkout, handled by Alexandros, our guest support agent. A person approves anything that could cost you money or commit you to a promise.
Stage by stage
Enquiry and price offers
An enquiry from Airbnb, Booking.com or Expedia arrives through your booking system. Alexandros reads the whole thread, the listing and the calendar, and replies in the guest's own language. It builds pre-approvals and special offers itself, with every figure taken from your price list, and never invents a price. Any other amount of money waits for a person to approve it.
Door codes only after the guest form
When a booking is confirmed, the guest receives the pre-arrival form: contact details, an identity document for every adult, arrival and departure times, and the house rules signed electronically. The door code and Wi-Fi are not released until the form is complete, and reminders ask only for what is still missing. A guest who will not share their details goes to a person, never waved through.
Upsells: early check-in, late checkout, extra guest, pet fee
Alexandros offers early check-in, late checkout, an extra guest or a pet fee, priced from your list. Early and late times are offered only when the cleaning schedule can absorb them. It can also send menus and third-party offers such as rental cars, and keeps third-party sales in a separate spreadsheet. One offer per reply, and a “no” is remembered for the rest of the stay.
Arrival: step-by-step directions with geolocation
On arrival day the guest gets the check-in pack for that exact property: the route, the entrance, the parking and the key box. A guest who cannot find the property is guided in step by step, using their location and a photo of where they are. Codes are read live from the approved source, never from memory, and a restricted code needs a person to release it.
Repairs and emergencies
No power, a lockout, a flood, no water, gas or smoke: the guest gets an acknowledgement and the property manager gets a WhatsApp in the same turn, plus an email. Alexandros troubleshoots in stages and never promises when staff will arrive unless a person gave the time. It keeps watching the conversation until checkout.
Refunds, damage and payments
Damage, payments, deposits and refunds never send by themselves, and nor does any amount of money that is not a set price from your list. Alexandros drafts the reply and a named person approves it or edits it. Refunds and shortened stays get the owner-approved wording, never an invented outcome.
Cleaning between guests
Alexandros collects cleaner availability on WhatsApp, in each cleaner's language, takes the day's checkouts from the booking system and delegates each clean. The property manager approves the plan and is notified along the way. A checkout with no confirmed cleaner is flagged, not quietly skipped.
Reviews
Positive reviews are detected and answered automatically. When Alexandros reviews the guest, a clean stay gets five stars on its own, while a stay with a problem is held, with what happened and what was done written into the note, until a person agrees.
In development Reviews V2, a Marika skill set, will confirm with management that every issue raised during the stay was fixed before the reply is posted, and the reply will list each fix.
