Before a reply to a guest's review is posted, Marika confirms with management that each issue raised during the stay was corrected. The reply then details every issue that was fixed.
What Marika never does
It never changes a live listing without your explicit go-ahead, never adds a fee on its own judgement, never publishes a fact it has inferred, and never cancels, declines or creates a reservation.
