White glove onboarding
One hour per property, every month, with a person who trains the agents on your business. The first month is free, then $25 per property per month until you turn it off.
What white glove is
An agent is only as good as what it knows about your business. White glove is the hour in which someone who has done this before puts your information in with you.
Your rules, not generic ones
House rules, access instructions and your prices for extras, put in from your own documents and read back to you before they go live.
Corrections become rules
When you correct the agent in your team channel, the correction is written down as a dated rule the same day.
Held replies, worked together
Anything with money, damage or a live booking in it stops for a person. In the first weeks we work those replies alongside you.
How it works
Five steps. Open any one for the detail.
1. Create your account and choose your agents
In My Agent you tell us how many properties you run, start with Alexandros, unlock Marika or the Manager’s Keymaster skill set if you want them, and pay by card through Stripe, or USDC on Ethereum (ERC-20). White glove is included free for your first month.
2. Connect your property management system
You generate a key in your property management system and connect it in My Agent. From that moment the agents can read your reservations, listings and guest conversations. Nothing is sent to a guest yet.
3. Upload what is relevant to your business
Upload your house rules, check-in instructions, price list for extras, staff contacts and anything else a new team member would need on their first day. In My Agent it goes into your agent’s memories.
4. White glove begins
Your free first month is your first billing period, from the day you pay. Your onboarding hour per property starts as soon as your property management system is connected and your data is in. Your onboarding expert drafts the agent’s profile from your data (tools, knowledge, memories, skills, guardrails and experiences) and you approve each block. Then the agent runs in copilot: every reply drafted, nothing sent without you, corrections turned into rules as they come.
5. Month two onwards
From your second billing period, white glove is a line of $25 per property on each monthly invoice, for one hour of white glove per property that month. It continues unless you turn it off, which you can do any time in My Agent; it then stops from the next billing period that has not been paid for.
What it costs
$25per property, per month, for one hour per property. Your first month is free.
| Properties | Hours per month | Regular rate | Your first month |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 1 | $25 | Free |
| 5 | 5 | $125 | Free |
| 10 | 10 | $250 | Free |
| 25 | 25 | $625 | Free |
Billing, in plain words
White glove is a separate line on your monthly invoice, billed in advance with the rest of that invoice: a card you chose to save is charged on the invoice’s due date; otherwise you pay the invoice by card or in USDC. It continues month by month until you turn it off in My Agent. Turn it off before the next billing period has been paid for and it is not charged for that period. Turning it off does not affect your agents.
Prices are in US dollars and exclude value added tax. The free first month is a limited-time offer for new subscribers and can be withdrawn for new sign-ups at any time; anyone who has already started keeps it.
White glove is not technical support
Technical support is free for every subscriber, always. White glove is the opposite kind of help: not fixing the software, but teaching it your business.
What each one covers
| Technical support, free | White glove |
|---|---|
| Connecting or reconnecting your property management system | Putting your house rules, prices and access instructions into the agent |
| An agent that has stopped responding | Reading the agent’s first drafts with you and correcting them |
| A message that did not send, or sent twice | Turning each correction into a written rule the agent follows |
| Account access, billing questions, invoices | Working held replies together: refunds, complaints, damage |
| Reporting a defect | Extending the agent into a new part of your operation |
